Defined a set of measurable targets
Define the timeframe
Set a fixed “handshake price” from 100,000 to 500,000 Euro
Define a bonus/upside for the consultant based on the result creation
Define a maximum consultant resource pool (consultant can choose to excite in order to secure bonus/upside)
